Poetry all students must complete

 1. Visit the website and review the poetry styles available for you to use

2. Pick a style and create your own poem. Due 4/15 (50 points)

• place your own poem in a blog post
• the title of your blog should be the name of your poem
• the style of the poem should be on your blog Centered with Large print
• Add a picture that represents the poem

3.  Pick a style and create your own poem due 4/18 (50 points)

• place your own poem in a blog post
• the title of your blog should be the name of your poem
• the style of the poem should be on your blog Centered with Large print
• add sound to your poem.

4. Pick a style and create your own poem  due 4/19 (50 points)

• place your own poem in a blog post
• the title of your blog should be the name of your poem
• the style of the poem should be on your blog Centered with Large print
• add a video to your poem. ( remember to use the html coding) (go back to previous post for directions)

5.  Read someone else poem and correlate how their poem relates to something in your life.
due 4/24 (100 points)

• Write a comment underneath their poem explaining how their poem has related to your life or has inspired you to do something.
• Copy your comment and paste it in a new post
• Tell whose poem you wrote a comment on
• Tell the name of the poem
• If someone has commented on a poem you must check with me first before you can comment on that poem. Pick another one. If you do not check with me then it is a Zero

6. Pick one of the poems and submit it to the poetry Contest due 4/25 (50 points)

• visit website www.libraryofpoetry.com
• click enter the poetry contest online
•  click enter the 2013 contest now
• fill out form
• paste poem in blank box
• do not need type of poem
• place title on the title
• print certificate
